The King Oyster fruits in open air, in low humidity. Open your bag, all the way or just at the top. The King Oyster also likes a casing layer if you can make one. Often people will put a casing layer on these, but it's not necessary. Wait for the baby mushrooms to form and then Cut open the top of your bag!

These mushrooms are big, beautiful and meaty.
